Todd is probably closest. They are all gas cans, but all empty. The truck is in the middle of an alleyway that has shops and bars all around, but no grass or any lawn equipment or anything. Maybe cooking oil, but they are all empty and it is only 2 in the afternoon at the time of the picture. Most places aren't even thinking of opening or cooking for another 3 hours

This is the only way to safely transport Soju. The spouts allow for expansion of the vapors as the fluid is agitated during transport.
